Job summary

The InSOLVEncy Company, part of The Sumer Group, is seeking a Senior Insolvency Case Administrator for a fully remote role with occasional travel for team meetings. You will manage corporate insolvency cases end-to-end, collaborating with Insolvency Practitioners and Managers to deliver high-quality client service to directors, creditors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate insolvency cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and legislation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, client-focused approach.
• CPI qualification or related studies advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure.
• Preparing statutory documentation, reports and correspondence.
• Handling CVLs, MVLs, Administrations and Liquidations.
• Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Assisting with investigations and asset realisations.
• Ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate case records and meeting key deadlines.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
