Job Description:

Continuing with the office growth plans, this Insolvency Boutique is looking for an Insolvency Senior Administrator or Supervisor (dependent upon experience) in their North London office.

Role:

  1. Reporting to a Manager, you will manage your caseload.
  2. Cases will include Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Bankruptcies.
  3. Managing case delivery, including pre-appointment, progression, and closure.
  4. Understanding key commercial aspects of the insolvent company’s business.
  5. Providing regular progress reports to the manager.
  6. Preparing for and attending creditors’ meetings.
  7. Managing asset valuation and realisation.
  8. Providing recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  9. Attending clients’ sites to secure premises and/or assets where necessary.
