Job Description

Levitate Recruitment is working with a leading independent Insolvency Practice in Milton Keynes that is seeking a Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team.

Role:

1. Managing your own caseload of mainly corporate insolvency cases including Administrations, Liquidations, and Voluntary Arrangements.
2. Liaising with a range of stakeholders including creditors, directors, and solicitors.
3. Preparation of statutory documents and compliance with relevant insolvency legislation.
4. Reporting to and supporting the Insolvency Practitioner and senior management.
5. Supervising and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience working within a corporate insolvency environment.
2. Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A good understanding of insolvency legislation.
5. CPI qualification is desirable, but not essential.
