Join to apply for the Senior Insights Manager role at Inizio Engage XD.

The role involves working within the Insights and Research Team to design projects that derive critical insights across multiple accounts and service lines. You will support organic growth and contribute to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions through delivery skills, project scoping, and providing value to both the agency and clients.

This position requires experience in the pharmaceutical landscape and a broader B2B understanding. Reporting directly to a Senior Management Team member, you will be involved in client delivery, project management, and business support.

This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with at least 2 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and promote Inizio Engage XD values.
• Provide leadership and strategic insights in healthcare research and insights.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies.
• Manage research projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Engage in business development and networking activities.
• Manage budgets, scope changes, and contribute to pitch delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare market research at a senior level.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong client liaison and project management skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools, including Google Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in congress/events and AI projects.
