Betty is seeking a passionate analyst to turn data into insights across gamification, content, promotions and retention. You will work with Live Ops and Monetisation to understand player behavior and drive value.

Your role involves cross-functional collaboration, rigorous data analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance player experience in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous iGaming/online casino experience.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficient with Excel; Tableau experience preferable.
• Strong business acumen with online casino economics.
• Experience with large datasets and exhaustive data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyzing player behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Providing clear recommendations to the business based on structured insights.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and drive impact.
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support launches and marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring key KPIs to track initiative success and identify improvements.
• Creating new metrics to measure value and guide strategy.
• Ensuring relevant data and dashboards are available with BI teams.
• Staying updated on data analytics trends and technologies.
