Job summary

Betty Gaming CA Ltd. is seeking a data-driven Loyalty Systems Specialist to design, balance, and optimise rewards that enhance player experience while sustaining a healthy economy across Betty's casino and mobile gaming ecosystem.

You will partner with Live Ops, Product, and Analytics to implement engaging reward mechanics, model impact, and deliver KPI uplifts through data-led experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Advanced numeracy, modelling, SQL and Excel skills.
Knowledge around building mathematical simulations to test out different reward structures.
Data-driven mindset balancing insights with player experience in shaping the economy.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain reward mechanic design through a clear, player-focused lens.

Responsibilities

Own Betty’s Loyalty System rewards logic, proposing ideas and models to optimise the current state.
Design, balance, and maintain new reward mechanics that optimise player experience and performance.
Collaborate with Product and Shop Managers to optimise the ecosystem of Betty coins and model scenarios for future currencies.
Present well-researched new ideas to teams with expected KPI uplifts.
Partner with Live Ops to iteratively improve rewards effectiveness using data-led methods.
Support Product and Live Ops in launching monetisation strategies across campaigns, events, collections, and gamification.
Design systems balancing progression and rewards across the player lifecycle.
Create payouts to games and features to maintain a balanced economy and rewarding experience.
Collaborate with BI to define requirements for rewards-tuning tools and dashboards.
