Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative field required.
• Extensive experience in Credit Risk Strategy and portfolio analytics.
• Experience with consumer lending credit strategies and decisioning systems.
• Ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders with impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise credit risk strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify portfolio trends and opportunities through analytics.
• Support development of credit strategies and embedded finance propositions.
• Collaborate with Decision Scientists and other functions to maximise model performance.
