Job summary

Budweiser Brewing Group is seeking a hands-on Innovation Brewer to join our Kentish Town brewery. You will brew, package, and trial new liquids, while supporting commercial with liquid development and Enfield when needed.

Reporting to the Head Brewer, you will manage safety, HACCP, inventory, and continuous improvement alongside a multi-skilled team, driving high hygiene standards and traceability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in brewing operations.
• Knowledge of quality control within process production.
• Willingness to learn new skills and a 2-way communication with teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance in daily brewing operations.
• Operate brewhouse, cellar, filtration, packaging and related equipment.
• Lead precision brewing using lab data to keep beer in spec.
