Latham & Watkins in London is seeking an Innovation Attorney - Client Team Enablement to support the delivery of client-specific AI and legal technology solutions. You will work with partners and clients to scope, design, and implement AI-enabled workflows across complex engagements.

This senior individual contributor role partners with Technology Client Services and practice groups to deliver practical AI tools while ensuring compliance, information security, and high-quality delivery in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• J.D. or equivalent, preferably
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Established interest in legal technology and AI tools, including Generative AI

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and deliver client-specific AI engagements, including workflow development, pilots, workshops
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and legal technology to legal workflows and service delivery
• Advise partners and clients on practical AI applications, capabilities, limitations, and human oversight
• Support moving client opportunities from discovery through solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support
• Coordinate with AI & Legal Innovation and technology teams to align client needs with firm capabilities
• Ensure client-specific AI work is delivered with quality, confidentiality, and information security
• Share insights to inform reusable solutions and AI agenda
• Collaborate with Business Development to prepare technology-related content for panels, pitches, and RFPs
