Job summary

HRGO Recruitment in Tilbury, Essex, is seeking a Senior Process Technician (Injection Moulding) to hands-on support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safe operating practices, and mentor junior colleagues.

The role requires advanced experience with injection moulding machinery, knowledge of SAP, and a proactive approach to maintenance and process optimisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience working with injection moulding machines.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Health & Safety requirements and promote safe practices.
• Maintain PPM schedules and work procedures, supporting continuous improvement.
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Use SAP to maintain machine work history and spare parts usage.
• Organise production schedules to minimise disruption and meet targets.
• Complete production changeovers and start-up procedures for smooth running.
• Inspect finished products and perform quality checks.
• Lead training and development within the team.
• Review processes and implement improvements.
