Job summary

OutForm Consulting, a boutique consultancy focused on infrastructure organisations in Ireland and the UK, is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead business improvement and transformation programmes across water, energy, transport and related sectors. The role is based in Belfast or Dublin, with a hybrid working pattern and a people-first environment.

You will design and lead change programmes that unlock sustainable performance, build long-lasting client value, and develop trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
