OutForm Consulting, a Cumming Group Company, is seeking a Digital Senior Manager to lead digital and data transformation engagements across Ireland and the UK. You will combine strategic thinking with delivery leadership and commercial awareness to shape solutions, build lasting client relationships, and grow the digital consulting proposition.

Location: Belfast / Dublin with willingness to travel to client sites across Ireland; experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric is highly

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience in asset-intensive sectors.
• Proven leadership of digital transformation and change initiatives.
• Hands-on capability with Microsoft Power Platform; Fabric experience desirable.
• Experience in digital strategy, data governance, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong analytical skills transforming data into actionable insight.
• Experience in dashboard development, KPI design and MI.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and data transformation engagements from shaping to delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as advisor.
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, MI turning data into insights.
• Shape solution architecture and API-enabled workflows per client needs.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements.
• Lead workshops to diagnose challenges and design sustainable change.
• Support account growth through proposals and commercial delivery.
