OutForm Consulting, a Cumming Group Company, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex client engagements across Ireland and the UK. This senior, client-facing role blends strategic thinking with delivery leadership, commercial awareness, and relationship management to shape solutions and sustainable outcomes.

Experience in Asset Management and operating within complex environments is highly valued. Location flexibility includes Belfast or Dublin with travel to client sites across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Significant consulting or industry experience leading complex delivery, transformation, or Asset Management programmes.
• Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, with ability to build credibility and influence decisions.
• Experience in Asset Management, infrastructure, utilities, public sector or other complex environments would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience supporting account growth, proposals, or broader business development.
• Ability to structure and lead workstreams, manage priorities, and maintain focus on quality, risk, and delivery performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into actionable recommendations.
• Experience coaching, developing, and supporting others, with a collaborative leadership style.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging a range of audiences.
• A relevant third-level qualification in business, engineering, technology, or related discipline would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
