Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services in Bristol is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support growth of the office on major infrastructure projects across highways, rail, water and utilities. You’ll lead the commercial delivery from inception to completion and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven Senior Quantity Surveying experience.
Infrastructure project background.
NEC contract experience.
Consultancy, contractor or client-side experience.
Strong commercial acumen.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

Cost planning and cost management.
NEC3 & NEC4 contract administration.
Managing compensation events.
Commercial reporting and forecasting.
Procurement support.
Valuation and payment assessments.
Client relationship management.
Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors.
