Job summary

BGEN Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead site teams across multi-disciplinary projects in the UK. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery on schedule and to the required quality, coordinating planning, resources and client relationships.

You will promote a proactive safety culture, manage cost and reporting, and mentor apprentices while supporting recruitment and staff development. This is a role within a leading UK contractor with long-standing industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical degree / HND / HNC is required or equivalent experience.
• Professional registration is desirable (Chartered or Member).
• Has completed CILM Training.
• CSCS Managers & Professionals or CCNSG certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule and to required quality.
• Oversee workface planning, scheduling, coordination and supervision.
• Control costs, manage site installations and cabling works while coordinating stakeholders.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Mentor apprentices and support recruitment, promotion and development decisions.
