Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major infrastructure project in Exeter. You will drive safety, quality, and programme performance while coordinating a multidisciplinary team from construction through to commissioning and handover.

Applicants should have proven experience delivering £20m+ projects and strong leadership in a main contractor environment. Existence of water sector experience is welcomed but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major infrastructure projects for a main contractor.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.
• Excellent client and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget projects.
• Deliver major infrastructure projects from construction through to handover.
• Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
• Manage project risk, commercial performance, and programme delivery.
