Qualifications

• HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant subject.
• Proven track record of delivering projects and service priorities.
• Budgetary experience including preparation, monitoring and control.
• NEC contract management experience.
• Strong leadership and contractor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver key infrastructure and transportation projects.
• Ensure legislative compliance and ongoing development of the service.
• Deliver substantial capital programmes including road improvements, active travel, and public transport infrastructure.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and professional service providers.
