Job summary

AtkinsRéalis, a leading infrastructure consultancy, is looking for an Associate/Associate Director or Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects from inception to handover in the NS&NI region, based in Glasgow. The role blends office-based leadership with time at client sites, requiring strong delivery, governance, and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer/Architect/Project Manager or equivalent with demonstrable experience delivering large infrastructure projects.
• APM PMQ (or equivalent) recognised level of competence in Project Management.
• Experience deploying NEC3/4 or bespoke contract forms.
• Familiar with BIM and 3D modelling tools for design and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to agreed targets: programme, budget, quality.
• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks.
• Lead and develop the project team; coach and guide members.
• Coordinate communication with Client and subcontractors/partners.
