Tilbury Douglas is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead AMP8 delivery across the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and Thames Valley for Thames Water. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee safety, cost and quality, and build key client relationships.

Qualifications

• You will be an experienced Project Manager delivering construction/infrastructure projects for a main contractor.
• Strong leadership, financial management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
• Relevant construction-related discipline and UK health & safety understanding required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through to completion with safety, cost and quality focus.
• Recruit, lead and develop project teams; promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build client and stakeholder relationships across Thames Water, supply chain and end users.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, risk, and drive efficiencies through commercial governance.
• Champion innovation, sustainability and digital delivery using A-Site/IMS and modern methods.
