Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to steer Thames Water infrastructure schemes across the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and Thames Valley. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and strong client engagement on projects from £2.5m to £25m.

You will drive cost control, risk management, and continuous improvement while promoting innovative and sustainable building practices across the AMP8 programme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects in a main contractor environment.
• Formal attention to safety, quality and programme management.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety standards and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through to completion with emphasis on safety, quality and programme delivery.
• Recruit, lead and develop project teams; drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with Thames Water, supply chain and end users.
• Manage budgets, commercial performance, risks and KPIs to improve efficiency.
• Champion innovation, sustainability and modern delivery methods (MMC, Lean, Agile).
