Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Manager to deliver comprehensive controls across major infrastructure projects in London and the South East. The role requires proven experience in rail, aviation, power, water/utilities, or highways, and the ability to lead the controls function for a programme with emphasis on plan accuracy, cost control, safety and performance reporting.

You will establish effective control processes in line with GRIP and the direction of the Programme

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development and analysis.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications.
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up processes.
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Project Controls across infrastructure projects in London and the South East.
• Lead the programme controls function for a programme, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, and performance reporting.
• Maintain control processes in line with GRIP and Programme Controller instructions at territory/project level.
