Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Project Controls Managers for major infrastructure projects in London and the South East. You will lead the programme controls function, ensuring accurate planning, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting across programmes.

The role requires extensive experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office, and a solid understanding of engineering and construction management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning, scheduling and control on infrastructure projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC operating systems and common software applications.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and MS Office for project controls tasks.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management practices.

Responsibilities

• Review new project proposals/remits and ensure realistic resource plans for delivery.
• Identify resourcing requirements and coordinate with planning to resolve issues.
• Provide day-to-day reporting support to Programme/Project Managers on plans, costs, safety, environment and performance.
• Ensure data input to cost and performance systems meets data standards.
• Produce the Investment Plan and comply with the Investment Competence Framework.
