Ideal candidates will possess a degree in town planning and be a RTPI member, along with strong project management and negotiation skills. Qualifications

• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to secure consent and approvals.
• Demonstrable project management experience ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Experience in negotiations with statutory bodies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the town planning or consenting inputs on major infrastructure projects.
• Provide strong technical leadership and advice to clients.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of consent applications.
• Act as Project Director for projects led by the Infrastructure Planning business.
• Act as Planning Expert Witness at DCO examinations or inquiries.
