Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling in infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong CPM and earned value management knowledge.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules and critical path analyses for multiple infrastructure projects using planning software.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify variances from baselines, and develop recovery plans.
• Perform risk assessments related to timelines and resources and propose mitigations.
• Prepare and present planning reports, forecasts and analyses to senior management and clients.
• Facilitate planning meetings and reviews; mentor junior planners.
• Ensure compliance with JV policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
• Support risk management activities.
