Ford & Stanley Talent Services Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance across major rail and telecommunications infrastructure projects in the UK.

You will shape the HSQE management system, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance while supporting operational delivery teams across mobilisation, delivery and transition phases.

Qualificações

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Construction Plus) is required.
• IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management or IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management or equivalent.
• Rail infrastructure experience within operational project environments is essential.
• Knowledge of Network Rail and Transport for London standards is highly desirable.
• Experience conducting site audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation and management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.
• Provide HSE guidance to project teams during mobilisation, delivery and transition phases.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and industry legislation and client requirements.
• Plan and conduct site inspections, audits and compliance reviews across locations.
• Support risk assessments, hazard identifications and corrective actions.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Assist with ISO management system audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote environmental best practice across project activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve HSE processes and performance.
• Champion a proactive safety culture across teams.
• Engage with internal teams, clients, contractors and external stakeholders.
