Job summary

The Greater London Authority (GLA) seeks a Senior Technical Project Officer to manage high-profile infrastructure and housing delivery projects within the New Homes Accelerator London programme. You will coordinate technical workstreams and engage with developers, utilities and boroughs to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, development, planning, construction or a related field.
• Experience in managing complex projects or programmes with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and technical workstreams within the New Homes Accelerator London programme and Infrastructure Coordination Service.
• Build relationships with developers, utility providers, boroughs and government partners to coordinate activity.
• Use infrastructure data and mapping tools to support technical analysis and delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate consensus on solutions and next steps.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
• Support policy development and provide briefings and reports for senior leaders.
