Job summary

QinetiQ Group plc in Malvern is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, development and delivery of secure networking and IT infrastructure solutions across programmes. You will provide technical leadership across infrastructure projects, covering networking, compute, virtualization, cloud and automation, and you will work with project teams to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and supporting IT infrastructure in enterprise or secure environments.
• Knowledge of routing, switching and network security.
• Experience with Windows Server and virtualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across infrastructure projects.
• Design, develop and implement secure networking, server and cloud solutions.
• Produce technical documentation including designs and configurations.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver requirements.
• Support reviews, change management and configuration control.
• Assist integration and troubleshooting of networks, servers, virtualization and cloud platforms.
