Senior Infrastructure Engineer - IBM Cognos Experience

Join one of the UK’s leading financial services companies as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with Data Platform Services expertise. You will provide high-level technical support for IBM Cognos, PowerBI, Data Gateway, Fabric, and Qlik, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving production incidents.

Main responsibilities include:

• Acting as an SME for IBM Cognos, Power BI, and Qlik
• Handling regulatory reporting, critical support, BAU, and new deliverables
• Maintaining and setting standards for IBM Cognos
• Supporting the transition and ongoing support of solutions to meet business and IT strategies
• Mentoring junior colleagues
• Providing out-of-hours support approximately one week in five

Additional requirements include experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), SAS Analytics, Informatica, and SQL.

Salary up to £66,000 plus a 20% bonus, hybrid working (two days in-office), 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension, and ongoing training opportunities.
