Job summary

Sword Group is seeking an experienced technology consultant to design and deliver hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into architectures, and collaborate with sales, delivery and vendor teams to ensure successful implementations.

The role requires deep expertise in hyperconverged infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud platforms, with strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen to guide

Qualifications

• Knowledge & expertise in hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise compute and storage.
• Experience with backup, recovery and DR strategies across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Strong networking, security practices and cloud platform design understanding.
• Proven ability to design and implement hybrid and multi-cloud solutions.
• Solid virtualization, security, and data protection fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops and translate requirements into high- and low-level designs.
• Develop solutions leveraging Dell, Nutanix, Cisco, Microsoft & AWS technologies.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers guiding digital transformation & AI adoption.

About the role:

Support customers to conduct in-depth discovery to understand current state. Develop comprehensive and customised hybrid infrastructure solutions that address client business needs, leveraging solutions such as on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud technologies. Develop detailed implementation plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.

Manage the technical implementation of solutions, coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure successful deployment and configuration.
