Job summary

Sword Group is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support customers through in-depth discovery and design comprehensive hybrid infrastructure solutions, leveraging on‑premise, private cloud and public cloud technologies. You will lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into designs and develop detailed implementation plans to meet project objectives.

About the role:

Support customers to conduct in-depth discovery to understand current state. Develop comprehensive and customised hybrid infrastructure solutions that address client business needs, leveraging solutions such as on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud technologies. Develop detailed implementation plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.

Manage the technical implementation of solutions, coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure successful deployment and configuration.

• Lead technical discovery workshops and translate requirements into high- and low-level designs.
• Develop solutions leveraging Dell, Nutanix, Cisco, Microsoft & AWS technologies.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding their digital transformation & AI Adoption journey.
