We're supporting a leading global technology services organisation in the search for an experienced Data Centre Infrastructure Architect to join a major programme for one of the UK's most recognisable critical national infrastructure organisations.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and evolving a large-scale enterprise data centre estate, providing architectural governance, technical assurance and strategic direction across multiple infrastructure initiatives.
You'll act as the technical authority across a portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring solutions align with architectural standards and long-term technology roadmaps. Working alongside engineering and project teams, you'll provide guidance on infrastructure design, technical decision‑making and best practice while helping shape the future direction of the organisation's core data centre technologies.
This is a hands‑on infrastructure architecture role focused on enterprise compute, virtualisation and storage platforms—not a traditional enterprise or solutions architecture position.
