Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help build and support cloud platforms, migrate and modernise Ansible and GitLab environments, automate repetitive tasks, and drive engineering excellence. You’ll lead, coach and develop engineers, promoting best practices across teams while benefiting from hybrid working and strong pension contributions.

Qualifications

Experience enabling engineering teams to adopt standards, policies and technical frameworks across disciplines.
Extensive experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines management.
Proficient IaC with Terraform and CaC with Ansible; CloudFormation desirable.
Experience administering Linux (RHEL, Debian) in enterprise-scale environments.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile delivery.
Proven ability to lead and coach engineers and drive engineering standards.

Responsibilities
