Job summary

System Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join a global technology team. This hands-on role focuses on managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, with emphasis on DR, high availability, and automation.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VMware, Windows Server, storage, and cloud technologies, plus experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise infrastructure roles, preferably in mission-critical environments.
Experience designing and implementing DR solutions and high availability.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments (on-premises and public cloud).
Strong automation skills using PowerShell and Python; familiarity with IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and enhance corporate infrastructure across global environments.
Act as escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
Design and implement highly available server and storage solutions.
Build and support VMware hosts, VMs, and storage platforms.
Administer Windows Server environments (AD, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Exchange, M365).
Design and maintain disaster recovery solutions and DR runbooks.
