We are recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for our Redhill team.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will support the Infrastructure Manager by developing solutions and implementing changes to maximize IT uptime and user satisfaction across Windows systems, Network, and Azure services, in a heterogeneous environment including Linux, third-party applications, containers, and SaaS.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, managing, and supporting Windows servers.
• Managing EUC images (Windows 10/11).
• Supporting Network components (SD-WAN, Azure, Firewalls, VPNs).
• Managing Windows software deployment (SCCM/Intune).
• Architecting and integrating systems for business projects.
• Building solutions using Azure and DevOps for secure, scalable services.
• Performing failover testing, patching, and security planning.
• Documenting systems and ensuring security compliance.
• Providing technical support within an ITIL framework, managing tickets via Jira.
• Seeking continuous improvements in processes and service uptime.

Required skills:

• Building solutions with VMs and native cloud services.
• At least 5 years’ experience with Windows Server, AD, SCCM/Intune, and group policy.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Innovative process review and challenge.
• Cost management in cloud environments.
