Job summary

Calibre Search is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Leeds team on a hybrid basis. You will lead highways and drainage design across development projects from feasibility through to construction, delivering robust technical outputs.

You'll produce drawings, calculations and reports, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers and support CPD and Chartered status ambitions. A strong background in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and drainage software is desirable, with a

Qualifications

• Approximately seven years of experience in UK development infrastructure design.
• Strong ability to produce technical reports, coordinate designs and communicate with clients and authorities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and drainage design software such as MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage is advantageous.
• Proactive approach to solving engineering challenges.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Leeds (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Leeds team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of highways and drainage designs across a broad range of development projects, from feasibility through to construction.
• Produce and review drawings, calculations and technical reports including Drainage Strategies, Flood Risk Assessments and associated design documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage project programmes, supporting client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians, overseeing the quality of project delivery.
• Contribute to design reviews, challenge technical solutions where appropriate, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, commercially and safely.
• Continue developing technical and leadership skills through CPD, training and professional development, with support towards Chartership.

Qualifications
