This is an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Digital Solutions team as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. You will work within a BAU support team, providing advanced technical expertise across endpoint management, device lifecycle management, automation and security. Acting as a senior escalation point, you'll bridge operational support teams with infrastructure and engineering functions, helping to resolve complex incidents while driving service improvements and maintaining high standards of customer service.
The role can be based anywhere in the UK. This is a hybrid role and you must be able to travel to Hemel Hempstead when required. Travel requirements will vary depending on project and operational demands, ranging from 1 to 2 visits per month during quieter periods up to 4 days per week during particularly busy or sensitive projects.
