Job summary

Mack Legal | In-house Legal Search & Recruitment is seeking a commercially focused project leader to guide a major UK infrastructure project from inception through to construction.

You will work with external lawyers, specialists from other water companies and third parties, providing robust strategic advice on all legal aspects and advising on collaboration, bulk supply, procurement and construction contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or advising on major infrastructure projects (UK).
• Desirable: knowledge of PFI structures.
• Strong grasp of construction contracts and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust, strategic legal advice across the project from inception to construction.
• Advise on collaboration agreements, bulk supply agreements, procurement and construction contracts.
• Coordinate with external lawyers and third parties to align commercial and legal strategies.
