This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment firm focusing on international hires into Europe and North America. They are early-stage funded clients up to stock market listed clients, providing access to top brands, collaborating across the business, and traveling internationally to meet clients. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, emphasizing organic growth and strong client partnerships through community engagement, face-to-face events, and close work with marketing teams.

The Role

You will be hiring IT professionals across Europe. This role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The position is primarily permanent, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also considered. The company is open to candidates interested in senior markets, as they have an executive search division working on retained assignments.

The Package

• Senior Recruitment Consultants earn a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000
• Uncapped commission scheme
• Commission of 20% to 30% on earnings above a £6,000 threshold, including existing client accounts
• Work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home per week

• Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
