Qualifications

• End-to-end IT/technology project delivery experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Modern Work and Cloud migrations.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent certification; driving licence and travel willingness.

Senior Project Manager – Cloud, Technology & Telecoms

Working arrangement: Remote (Occasional Travel to client site in North East)

An exciting opportunity to join a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) as a Senior Project Manager, supporting its Cloud, Technology and Telecoms practices.

We’re looking for a generalist IT Project Manager with experience delivering projects across Sage Intacct, Modern Work and Cloud migrations. You’ll manage multiple projects end to end, working closely with technical teams, customers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to delivery and handover.
• Deliver projects across Sage Intacct, Modern Work and Cloud migrations.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate technical consultants and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and stakeholders, providing progress updates and reports.
• Manage project scope, change requests, commercial performance and customer expectations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure successful project closure.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience managing IT or technology projects end to end.
• Experience across Sage Intacct, Modern Work and Cloud migrations.
• Broad technical understanding and the ability to work across different technology disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks and timelines.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or an equivalent project management qualification.
• Experience within an MSP, IT services provider or consultancy would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

The Ideal Candidate

A proactive, commercially aware Project Manager who enjoys working across a variety of technology projects. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple projects, coordinating technical teams and building strong customer relationships.

This role requires a true technology generalist with experience across Sage Intacct, Modern Work and Cloud migrations, rather than a specialist in just one area.
