Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a Digital Information & Systems Lead to drive the digital transformation within its Information Management function. You will oversee governance of the Common Data Environment and related platforms, while shaping information management processes and standards in line with ISO 19650.

You will lead a multi-level team of Information Managers and Trainee Information Managers, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the UK to deliver change and digital capability

Qualifications

• Experience in information management and digital delivery in construction/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and CDE platforms.
• Experience implementing digital systems and leading teams through change.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Procore, Trimble, ACC, Asite or Dalux is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, governance and continuous improvement of the CDE and digital delivery platforms.
• Develop and maintain information management workflows and standards to ISO 19650.
• Support rollout and adoption of digital tools across the business.
• Create training materials and user guidance for digital capability development.
• Lead project onboarding, ensuring proper configuration and alignment with information management requirements.
• Coordinate change control for policies, templates and controlled documents.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive digital transformation and organisational change.
• Monitor performance and adoption of information management systems, identifying improvements.
• Provide guidance to project teams on information management and CDE usage.
• Lead and develop the wider Information Management department.
