Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a Senior Information Manager to join Dalkia Engineering's growing technical community, supporting project delivery through information and document control.

You will manage the CDE, ensure ISO 19650 compliance, and oversee day-to-day information management, workflows, approvals and queries while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with clients and main contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in information management/document control in construction or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and CDE processes.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator.
• Proactive, self-managing approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and document control across projects.
• Ensure ISO 19650 and Dalkia process compliance.
• Day-to-day information management, uploads, workflows, approvals and queries.
• Act as key point of contact between project teams, clients and main contractors.
• Coordinate CDE interfaces between main contractor/client systems and Dalkia's CDE.
• Produce reports and KPIs for Information Management Lead.
• Support and deliver CDE training across projects.
• Line manage and mentor Information Managers and Trainee Information Managers.
• General project administration.
