Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Senior Information Co-ordinator to join our United Utilities Framework in Warrington. You will drive information management across projects, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and alignment with the Building Safety Act, using a Digital by Default approach.

You'll lead CDE initiatives, train project teams and coordinate information coordinators, delivering audits and ensuring quality information uploads. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BS 1192 across projects.
• Proficient in EDMS configured to CDE principles; Viewpoint For Projects preferred.
• Strong communication with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Familiar with ISO 19650-2 National Annex and document management.
• Competent with Microsoft 365 suite: Excel, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Implementing Digital by Default information management across projects.
• Leading CDE launch meetings and training project teams.
• Providing ongoing management of information coordinators including mentoring and training.
• Supporting completion of audits and associated reports for compliance on live projects.
• Ensuring compliance checks on all uploaded information and troubleshooting queries in respect of the CDE and information control.
