The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Information Analyst! The Lanarkshire Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Team, hosted by the South Lanarkshire University Health and Social Care Partnership, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support programs like Telecare, Telehealth, and Innovation and Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Empower citizens to self-manage health conditions using technology-enabled care projects.
• Support communication of new care approaches to stakeholders.
• Develop data management, analytics, and research programs.
• Collaborate with team leaders and support service development.

About NHS Lanarkshire

We serve a population of 655,000 across North and South Lanarkshire, providing hospital, primary healthcare, and social care services.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree with high numerical and statistical content.
• Experience in healthcare information management at a senior level.
• Knowledge of NHS data definitions, standards, and policies.
• Strong IT and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with senior audiences.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Patient Management Systems like TrakCare and MORSE.
• Experience advising on complex health and social care data issues.
• Understanding of Business Intelligence processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK/EU/EEA driving license and access to a vehicle or willingness to use public transport.

Contract Details:

Fixed term or secondment for 12 months, part-time (14 hours/week). Salary is pro-rata.

Location and Working Pattern:

Based at TEC Team within Blantyre LIFE care campus. Applicants may be considered for similar roles in other locations.
