We are seeking a Senior Influencer and Communications Executive to join our clients agency team and support integrated PR, communications and influencer programmes across multiple client accounts. This role is influencer and creator led but communications driven. The focus is on end to end influencer management, strong written communication, and ensuring creator partnerships deliver clear narrative, reputational and amplification value. You will work closely with the PR & Communications Manager and Chief Marketing Officer, supporting delivery across influencer programmes while contributing to broader comms activity such as briefing development, narrative alignment and campaign reporting. Influencer & Talent Management
  • Manage day to day delivery of global influencer programmes across multiple agency clients.
  • Source, vet, brief and manage creators and talent in line with client and campaign objectives.
  • Lead influencer communications including outreach, onboarding, briefing, feedback and relationship management.
  • Support negotiations, contracts, usage rights and compliance tracking in line with agency processes.
  • Maintain and grow the agency's influencer and talent portfolio.
Communications & Writing Support
  • Draft clear, comms-led influencer briefs, story arcs and messaging frameworks aligned with PR and campaign narratives.
  • Support the PR & Comms Manager with written materials such as briefing documents, press hooks, talking points and campaign summaries.
  • Help ensure influencer output aligns with wider comms objectives and is suitable for earned amplification.
  • Work closely with, creative, social and digital teams to ensure influencer activity integrates smoothly into broader campaigns.
  • Attend shoots, events and activations where required to support creators and capture insights for comms use.
  • Support rights‑compliant asset reuse across channels in collaboration with internal teams.
Reporting & Account Support
  • Track influencer performance and delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Contribute to campaign reporting, insights and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Support smooth day to day client communication by responding promptly and flagging risks or opportunities to senior team members.
Qualifications
  • 3-4+ years' experience in influencer marketing or talent management, ideally within an agency.
  • Proven experience managing influencers end to end, including briefing, contracts and delivery.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear briefs.
