Job summary

Safran UK seeks a Senior Industrialisation Engineer to drive industrialisation for new and modified products, ensuring production readiness, process validation, quality, rate and cost targets.

You will lead a small team, develop robust processes, apply APQP/PPAP, and collaborate with Design, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver on time and within budget. You will champion DFM/DTC and drive CI through LEAN tools while mentoring juniors to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/industrialisation with APQP/PPAP/SPC.
• Hands-on with tooling/fixtures and validation.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across functions to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Process design, PFMEA/control plans, work instructions, routings, tooling spec.
• Lead technical activities; mentor juniors and collaborate with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, HSE, and Ops.
• Apply company standards (OneSafran, APQP/PPAP, MSA, SPC, ERP/MES, HSE).
• Identify CI opportunities using LEAN tools and digital pilots.
