Job summary

Kraken Works Limited is seeking an Industrial Security Manager to ensure compliance with government, corporate, and industry security policies for sensitive information within defence-related environments.

You will oversee physical and information security, risk assessments, and incident response while working with IT and operations to embed security into projects and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in industrial security, defence, or similar security roles.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• UK Security Clearance is required for this role.
• Experience implementing physical security controls and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with Gov/IPS A/FSC standards and industry policies.
• Manage and monitor physical security controls including CCTV, access control, alarms.
• Support audits, inspections, and government assessments.
• Develop and deliver security policies, procedures, and training.
• Provide security advice to projects, bids, and initiatives.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
