Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a Senior/Assistant Manager to help grow the London Indirect Tax Advisory practice. You will deliver high quality technical advice for a diverse client base across sectors and act as the main contact for indirect tax matters.

You will scope, deliver and bill client work, ensure risk management compliance, and guide junior staff. You will also develop your portfolio and generate new work through strong business development with Partners and Directors.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in Indirect Tax advisory work.
• Strong client handling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality drafting.
• CTA or legally qualified (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in developing the London Indirect Tax Advisory practice; deliver high quality technical advice across sectors.
• Scoping, delivering, and billing of client work; ensure risk management compliance.
• Guide junior staff; develop client relationships and portfolio for indirect tax.
• Collaborate with Partners/Director and cross-firm teams to win new work and contribute to tax-wide projects.
