Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead indirect spend sourcing in the UK, primarily from our Manchester office. You will drive category strategies, manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and negotiate contracts to optimise cost, quality and risk while partnering with global stakeholders.

The role requires 4 days onsite in Manchester and candidacy must have the right to work in the UK. You will collaborate across Legal, Finance and Data Protection teams within a global procurement

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end sourcing in indirect spend
• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
• Experience running competitive sourcing and tender processes
• Good understanding of supplier risk and contracts

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activity across indirect spend categories (IT, software, professional services, facilities, marketing, travel)
• Develop category strategies aligned to business needs
• Manage RFIs, RFPs and RFQs from requirements to supplier selection
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to balance cost, quality and risk
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into sourcing specifications
• Track savings, performance and pipeline through procurement systems
