PZ Cussons (International) Ltd in Manchester seeks a Senior Indirect Procurement Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role leads indirect procurement across Professional Services, HR and Facilities Management, supporting UK & Ireland and international operations with senior stakeholders and suppliers to improve contract quality and manage risk across a £30 million spend.

You will drive category strategies, governance, and the digital procurement agenda while shaping how we source

Qualifikationen

• Five years’ experience sourcing indirect goods and services.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Experience building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, independent with multiple priorities.
• Interest in how digital tools and AI can improve procurement.
• Experience in Professional Services, HR or Facilities Management is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Shape procurement priorities by partnering with senior leaders to understand business needs and build category plans.
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations using market insight and spend analysis.
• Strengthen supplier contracts with Legal and business teams to improve terms.
• Guide stakeholders through procurement policies and governance.
• Create category strategies for indirect services across International and UK & Ireland.
• Support Group Indirect Procurement initiatives including digital procurement programme.
