PZ Cussons plc in Manchester seeks a Senior Indirect Procurement Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will source strategic indirect services, lead negotiations, and strengthen contracts while collaborating with senior stakeholders across UK & Ireland and international teams.

The role focuses on Professional Services, HR and Facilities Management, with a mix of strategic and hands-on procurement, digital tools, and a drive to improve supplier terms and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience sourcing indirect goods and services.
• Strong negotiation, drafting and contract management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Experience in Professional Services, HR, Facilities Management or source-to-contract is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape procurement priorities by partnering with senior leaders and building category plans.
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations to secure terms and value.
• Strengthen contracts with Legal and business teams and improve coverage.
• Guide stakeholders through procurement policies and governance.
• Create category strategies for indirect services across markets.
• Support digital procurement initiatives including source-to-contract.
